Dali Casserole Fish
Dali Casserole Fish is the first dish served at banquets of the Bai ethnic group in Dali, Yunnan, and is also the most representative traditional delicacy of Dali. It is not simply "boiled fish", but a "mixed hot pot" that brings together the flavors of the mountains and the sea, and is famous for its unique cooking utensils and rich ingredients.
