Lemongrass grilled fish

Lemongrass grilled fish is a classic dish in the Dai ethnic minority areas of Xishuangbanna and Dehong in Yunnan Province, and is a signature dish of Dai-style barbecue. The fish is bound and marinated with lemongrass, which is unique to the tropics, and then slowly grilled over charcoal, allowing the tenderness of the fish and the fragrance of the spices to blend perfectly.
