Four Girls Mountain

Four Girls Mountain is known as the "Eastern Alps" and the "Queen of Shu Mountains". It is the highest peak of the Qionglai Mountains on the eastern edge of the Hengduan Mountains, integrating snow capped mountains, forests, pastures, seas, and streams. It is a top destination for hiking, mountaineering, photography, and natural scenery.

Mountain peak composition: Composed of four continuous peaks, from north to south:
Yaomei Peak (6250 meters above sea level): The main peak, the second highest peak in Sichuan, is a holy land for technical climbing and is known as the "Queen of Shu Mountains".
Sanguniang Mountain (5664 meters above sea level): a primary technical peak.
Mount Er'guniang (altitude 5454 meters): an entry-level snow mountain.
Daguniang Mountain (altitude 5025 meters): an experiential mountain peak that can be climbed on foot.

Best travel season:
Summer and autumn (June October): The temperature is suitable, wildflowers bloom, forests are lush, and autumn colors are brilliant, making it the golden season for viewing and hiking.
Winter and Spring (November May of the following year): The snow scenery is magnificent, making it the best time to climb snow capped mountains and admire snow peaks, but some sections may be closed due to snow.

Taking a photo of the "Four Peaks in the Same Frame" on the bridge of the cat's nose: The free observation deck located on G350 National Road next to the town is the most classic and convenient location for taking panoramic shots of the four peaks, especially spectacular at sunrise and sunset.
