Main Lane: Business Trends and Influencer Check ins
Content: Internet famous snacks, creative gift shops, chain cafes, cultural and creative shops, and bars are densely distributed.
Representative snacks (evaluated at both ends):
Wenyu cheese (original cheese, double skin milk)
Gisco (Spanish deep-fried dough sticks with ice cream)
Lightning puffs, french fries, etc

East West Hutong: History and Tranquil Soul (essence)
This is the core of the historical and cultural value of Nanluoguxiang. Key recommendations:
East side:
Chao Dou Hutong: There are some remnants of the Qing Dynasty monk Gelinqin's mansion.
Banchang Hutong&Luoyi Hutong: There are some characteristic courtyard homestays and quiet small shops distributed.
West side (more exciting):
Mao'er Hutong: "Top Hutong", with Keyuan (one of the most representative private gardens in Beijing), Wenyu's former residence (the residence of a university scholar in the late Qing Dynasty), and Wanrong's former residence (the pre marital residence of the last empress). Most of them are cultural relics protection units that are not open to the public, but have grand entrances for viewing.
Yuer Hutong: Qi Baishi Former Residence Memorial Hall (reservation required, cheap admission), where you can learn about the life of a Chinese painting master.
Houyuan'ensi Hutong: Chiang Kai shek's Mansion (formerly his residence in Beiping) and Mao Dun's Former Residence (the residence of a literary figure).
Black Sesame Hutong: There are well preserved compound quadrangle courtyards.
